We understand that today’s flexible businesses are born global and don’t need big, permanent infrastructure. Our fully-serviced rental spaces can be booked on-demand, for your duration of choice, and are equipped with agile furnishings and videoconferencing equipment. All you need to do is make the booking, walk in and run productive sessions!

Venn’s various event spaces can easily hold large or small groups and
adapt to meet your needs.
Current Venn members get a 20% discount on meeting room rentals. All rates displayed are excluding HST.
Cancellation policy:
Coworking desks: You can cancel a coworking desk anytime by contacting us at info@junctionnb.ca. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current rental term. Reservations are non-refundable: however, you can transfer the reservation to another individual after contacting us.
Dedicated desks: Dedicated desks automatically renew unless you notify us four (4) days prior to the renewal date at info@junctionnb.ca.
Hot desks: Pay as you go based on the package you select. These reservations are non-refundable: however, you can transfer the reservation to another individual after contacting us at info@junctionnb.ca.
Learning centre and meeting rooms: Please submit all cancellation requests to info@junctionnb.ca. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the reserved dates may be charged the full fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the rate, including HST.
